DESCRIPTION:Argentinian teacher Jonathan Brussolo is traveling through San Diego and we have a special opportunity to learn from him! \nFrom Jonathan\n“In these classes we will consider our attention as a resource that allows us a finer and more sensitive awareness of our bodies\, and from which we can explore the different systems and structures of our anatomy\, awakening greater presence and awareness in our physicalities… \nwhat we feel becomes present. \nWe will explore how refining our attention can establish a dialogue between physical sensations and relational perception. In the constant dialogue between internal and external perception\, perhaps the distinction between them can begin to dissolve. \nFrom this basis we will enter into movement\, the encounter with space\, and bodies as spaces of dance. Inhabiting ourselves\, we will allow ourselves to be danced by the encounter.
