Molly Terbovich-Ridenhour is the founder of A M R Strategic & Advisory Leadership, where she partners with mission-driven organizations and artist-led initiatives to strengthen capacity, navigate change, and build sustainable organizations. With more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, Molly has worked alongside boards, executive directors, staff teams, and artists in governance, fundraising, strategic planning, organizational development, and leadership transition.
Before moving into nonprofit leadership, Molly was a professional dancer, a perspective that continues to shape her work today. Having experienced both the creative and administrative sides of the arts, she understands the realities of balancing artistic vision with budgets, fundraising, contracts, operations, and the countless behind-the-scenes responsibilities that make creative work possible.
Molly believes administration should support creativity, not compete with it. Her workshops and consulting focus on practical, human-centered approaches that reduce administrative overwhelm, strengthen organizational systems, and help artists and organizations build sustainable foundations that allow their creative work to thrive.
