This is a beginner-inclusive series for new/er contact improvisers interested in a deeper understanding of the practice. We are pleased to offer a facilitated open space to learn and grow in this practice of contact improvisation, within the context of a healthy community.
Contact improvisation is an improvised somatic dance form with 50 years of history that is practiced throughout the world and is a site of continual experimentation, growth, and learning.
