A M R - San Diego Dance Matters

A M R is a nonprofit strategy practice that supports small creative companies and mission-driven organizations with the structure behind their work. Founded by Molly Terbovich-Ridenhour, AMR helps organizations and projects strengthen operations, clarify priorities, build practical systems, support board and leadership development, and create sustainable plans for moving work forward.

Services may include organizational assessments, project planning, fundraising strategy, board support, administrative clean-up, policy and systems development, retreat or meeting facilitation, and thought partnership during times of growth, transition, or uncertainty. A M R works with organizations at many stages and can support both larger consulting engagements and smaller, focused projects for artists or companies who need help with a specific challenge, document, process, or next move.
