RDM Studio is a Carlsbad based dance studio dedicated to preserving India’s classical Odissi dance tradition through a contemporary artistic lens.

Founded and directed by Nilanjana Banerjee, the studio blends classical Odissi, powerful storytelling, original choreography and innovative stagecraft to create compelling productions for diverse audiences.

Rooted in the centuries old Guru–Shishya tradition, RDM Studio provides training for children and adults, while presenting curated productions, community performances, workshops and cultural collaborations.

Its mission is to honor tradition, nurture the next generation of dancers and connect Indian classical arts with the broader community.
